Bean and Lentil Recipe Ideas Please!

Cook lentil until just tender, strain and set aside.
In large pot, saute onions until soft. Add in garlic and cook until soft and fragrant. Add in curry paste and powder, cook out until fragrant. Add lentils and garbanzo beans and mix everything together. Add coconut milk, bring to simmer while stirring. Once simmering, turn off heat.
