Ingredients

  • 2 dates
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs peanut butter

Instructions

  • Soak the dates in a small bowl of boiling water for 10 about minutes, then chop them into small pieces.
  • Pour the dates and date water into your blender and blend for 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
