Chocolate Date Balls

These chocolate date balls are fast, easy and make a delicious snack or even dessert. Keep them in the fridge as long as you can resist!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup start with 1 to taste
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • optional: 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to food processor and process until a paste or ball forms.
  • Roll into balls. Makes about 20-25 balls depending on size.
