This strawberry lime vitamin C smoothie is perfect all year round - refreshing in the summer and protective in the winter. Lime lends a subtle tartness while honey brings out the strawberries' natural sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lime about 2 tbs lime juice
  • 1-2 tbs honey

Instructions

  • Juice the lime.
  • Optional: Mix honey into lime juice for a couple of minutes to dissolve it (so it doesn't stick to blender).
  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
