Which Diet Do You Think Is Healthiest?
Vegan (no dairy or animal products, but processed vegan treats are okay)
Carnivore (meat only, no processed food)
Whole food only (omnivore, no processed food)
Whole food vegan (no dairy or animal products, no processed food)
A little bit of everything and anything
Paleo (only food our longtime ancestors ate, no industrial foods like beans, sugar, etc.)

Hey guys, I am wondering what people think is the healthiest diet? There are a lot of options out there! I know what I believe is best, but curious what my readers think!
